Salesforce QA Manager
WarsawApply nowAsana is seeking an experienced and dynamic QA Manager to lead Asana's RevTech QA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality strategy, ensuring the development and release of high-quality Salesforce software products, and managing a team of QA engineers. The QA Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality initiatives and techniques that promote the best software. This role involves leading highly visible Salesforce initiatives across the organization, including testing applications on the Force.com platform and supporting integrations with Salesforce.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule - in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.
What you’ll achieve
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Salesforce QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Architect, design, and implement comprehensive test strategies, robust test plans, and maintainable test scripts using advanced testing automation platforms (Copado Robotic Testing, Selenium, etc.)
- Establish and maintain a scalable and efficient automated regression testing framework covering UI, API, database, Salesforce components, and complex integrations.
- Lead the strategy and execution of application load, performance, and security testing, ensuring collaboration across QA and Salesforce teams
- Direct and monitor the execution of comprehensive test suites to ensure SFDC functionality meets and exceeds business requirements and quality standards.
- Evaluate testing results and document testing issues in a quality assurance tracking system; make recommendations for long-term improvements.
- Research and find opportunities to utilize Salesforce QA best practices and guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling, and monitoring; remain current on trends and standards in the SFDC environment.
- Keep QA process documentation up to date and champion Salesforce process improvements.
- Develop and maintain regression test suites and collaborate with the Support Team in troubleshooting production issues.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience working with test management tools (like QASE, Copado Robotic Testing).
- 10+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing complex test automation frameworks in enterprise-level applications.
- 5+ years of expert-level experience in developing advanced test automation scripts and solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong QA background, experience facilitating and managing QA activities, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated expertise in understanding and validating complex data models, structures, and intricate application integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
- Highly proficient in analyzing and troubleshooting complex, distributed systems (applications, data structures, and system integrations), with a strong understanding of architecture and design patterns.
Bonus points:
- Experience working as a test automation architect and/or modeling architect.
- Deep expertise with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) including advanced SQL query optimization, complex stored procedure development, and performance tuning.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce platform administration, configuration, and customization.
- Knowledge and experience implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks.
- Knowledge of MVC concepts, object-oriented methodologies, and approaches.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 29,333 - 33,333 PLN gross monthly on the contract of employment (UoP). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base compensation range for this role may be modified.
Our total compensation consists of base salary and equity (RSUs).
