As a Sales Development Manager, you’ll support SDRs working across the entire EMEA region and you will report directly to the Head of EMEA Sales Development. You’ll lead a high-performing team while expertly collaborating with stakeholders on top of funnel strategy and challenges.
This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve:
- Lead and grow a team of Inbound Sales Development Representatives, enabling them to exceed pipeline and performance goals through structured coaching, feedback, and career development planning.
- Drive a high-performance & data driven culture: monitor and analyze funnel performance, optimize conversion rates, and forecast results with precision.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Field Readiness to align on pipeline strategy, lead routing, and campaign execution.
- Build scalable and repeatable playbooks for Inbound lead qualification that reflect Asana’s voice and customer-centric approach.
- Champion Asana’s mission and values by building a culture rooted in clarity, inclusion, and excellence.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience managing Sales Development or Business Development teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven success building and scaling inbound pipeline generation motions; comfortable managing KPIs and funnel metrics.
- Strong analytical mindset - you love diving into data to uncover insights, optimize workflows, and forecast accurately.
- A natural coach and mentor who thrives on seeing others succeed and grow; experienced in giving actionable feedback and developing team members into top performers.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional communicator who builds trust, leads with empathy, and rallies teams around a shared vision.
- Passionate about building inclusive, diverse teams that reflect our values and our customers.
At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
