End-to-end project intake and workflow standardization

• Requests from across the business are submitted through Microsoft Customer Voice and captured in a Power App, then automatically converted into tasks in Asana.

• Each task is triaged, assigned, and built into a structured project using standardized templates and workflows that span departments like training, content, media, and innovation.

• This automation accelerates project initiation, eliminates manual handoffs, and ensures consistent execution.

Real-time visibility drives better decisions and alignment

• Asana is tightly integrated with Power BI, syncing project and task data in real time to fuel centralized dashboards that track capacity, timelines, and team performance.
