Turn your QA checklist into AI agents that check every site change.
Superflow is the AI QA reviewer for web and marketing agencies. Turn your QA checklist into agents that check every site change for broken links, typos, accessibility and brand rules, then pin findings as comments on the live page. Your team reviews, then your client signs off from a link, no account needed.
Connect Asana and any review comment can become a linked task. Sync runs both ways: a client sign-off moves the task to your done column, and a status change on the board updates the review.
📌 Pinned comments: Feedback sits on the exact element, with a screenshot, and survives redeploys.
🤖 AI review agents: Your checklist runs on every site. Findings post as comments.
🔗 Two-way sync: Map your Asana columns to Superflow statuses once. Neither tool overwrites the other.
💬 Synced replies: Answer on the task or on the review. One thread, both places. Fewer feedback rounds, faster sign-off, and a board you can trust.
Follow these steps to connect Superflow and Asana:
Asana is included on the Scale and Enterprise plans (and during the free trial).
Sign up for Superflow at https://app.usesuperflow.com and verify your email. Settings stays locked until you do.
Finish onboarding by adding your website and installing the Superflow script, so there are comments to sync. (You can skip this and come back, but the integration needs a Superflow project.)
Go to Settings → Integrations → Asana: https://app.usesuperflow.com/settings/integrations/asana
Under Connected Accounts, click Add Account. (Same thing from Settings → Integrations → Connected apps → Connect Asana.)
A popup opens Asana's authorization screen. Click Allow. Allow popups for app.usesuperflow.com if nothing opens.
Back on the Asana page, click New Integration. The editor opens with two cards:
Superflow: pick Sync Type (One-way, or Two-way to push Asana replies back), Select Project, and Events to Sync (defaults: Comment Added, Reply Added, Reply Updated, Reply Deleted).
Asana: on Config, pick the Asana Connection, then the Workspace, then the Project where tasks are created. The Input tab holds the prefilled Task Name and Task Notes templates.
Changes save automatically — the toolbar shows Saved. There is no Save button. The row shows Configuration Pending until both the project and the Asana destination are set.
Back on the list, make sure the integration's toggle is Active. Use Test in the editor, and the ⋯ menu → Execution Logs, to verify.
New comments on that Superflow project now create tasks in the mapped Asana project.
