What is Roadmark?

Roadmark turns the milestones you already track in Asana into a visual, shareable roadmap — and keeps the record of why the plan changed.

Connect Asana, pick a project, and Roadmark imports its milestones onto a timeline. A daily sync keeps that timeline current as the project moves in Asana, so the roadmap you share is never the stale copy in a slide deck.

Then it adds what a task list structurally can't show: branches. When the plan forks — "ship v1 fast" versus "ship v1 polished" — Roadmark records the fork with a required decision log, so months later the roadmap still explains the call that was made. Share a public link (or a password-protected, expiring one) with your team, your leadership, or your investors, and they see both the plan and the reasoning behind it.

Roadmark reads your Asana workspaces, projects, and tasks and never writes to them. Your Asana project stays the source of truth for execution; Roadmark is where the plan gets told as a story.

How to connect Roadmark + Asana?

  1. Create a free Roadmark account at yourroadmark.com.
  2. In your dashboard, click "Import" and choose Asana.
  3. Authorize Roadmark. We request read-only access to your workspaces, projects, and tasks — nothing is ever written back to Asana.
  4. Pick the project whose milestones you want on the roadmap.
  5. Roadmark builds the timeline. Turn on daily sync to keep it up to date, and share a public link when you want to show the plan.
