What is Drobber?

Drobber gets client feedback out of your inbox and into Asana. Clients click on a live or staging website, or on a PDF, image or video, and pin a comment to the exact spot, without needing an account. Each comment becomes a task in the Asana project you choose, with the page link, the element it was pinned to, the browser, device and window size, and any screenshot the reviewer added. Replies are added to the task as comments, and completing the task in Asana resolves the comment in Drobber, and the other way round. Your team works in Asana while clients see their feedback being handled.

How to connect Drobber + Asana?

Follow these steps to connect Drobber and Asana:

Prerequisites: a Drobber account (14-day free trial at drobber.com) and an Asana workspace with at least one project.

  1. In Drobber, open Integrations and choose Asana.

  2. Click Connect, sign in to Asana and allow Drobber access to your workspace.

  3. Pick the Asana project new tasks should go to.

  4. Turn the integration on for each Drobber project you want to sync.

  5. Pin a comment on a website, PDF, image or video in Drobber. A task appears in the chosen Asana project with the page link, element, browser, device, window size and any screenshot the reviewer added.

  6. Reply to the comment in Drobber and the reply is added to the task as a comment. Complete the task in Asana and the comment is marked Resolved in Drobber; reopen it and the comment reopens.

Asana permissions: Drobber needs access to read your projects and to create, comment on and update tasks in the project you choose.
